• Data enumerator and data entry operator on the UGC-funded study “Assessing Riverbank Erosion-Induced Livelihood Vulnerability using LVI, GIS, and DSAS: Evidence from Begumganj Union, Ulipur, Kurigram” (RTTC, FY 2025-26, Phase II); participation certified.
• Supported questionnaire development and ran field pre-testing of the survey instrument.
• Carried out household survey enumeration and structured data entry with quality checks feeding the LVI, GIS and DSAS analysis.
• Reviewing the project manuscript for language, structure and terminological consistency ahead of submission, applying linguistics training directly to the research output.

• Processed high-volume daily counter transactions — cash deposits, withdrawals, pay orders and inward remittance — with accurate day-end reconciliation.
• Managed end-to-end account opening with KYC/e-KYC verification and customer due diligence in line with Bangladesh Bank AML/CFT guidelines.
• Executed clearing and fund-transfer operations through BACH, BEFTN and RTGS.
• Handled FDR/DPS opening and encashment, debit card issuance, and cheque book requisition and delivery.
• Resolved customer queries and complaints at the front desk while supporting the branch’s deposit mobilisation targets.
• Cross-trained across every front-office service desk, acting as backup across functions and keeping service running during peak load and staff absences.

• Validated 289,000+ Bangla data items across 8 sub-projects — parts of speech, shallow and deep parsing, paraphrasing and the Bd Lexicon — on the Bangladesh National Corpus platform, rejecting around 2,200 items on quality grounds.
• Annotated 12,200+ items at 92% overall accuracy across 6 sub-projects, and 98% on Treebank, before the promotion to Validator.
• Quality-controlled peer annotations against the project’s linguistic guidelines, and served as a mentor and trainer in the annotator training programme.
• Co-authored the BPoSGold dataset paper, and contributed validation work to the team’s BanLemma lemmatizer research.
• Fixed long-standing UI/UX problems on the project website with custom scripts, outside the scope of the role — which drew a managerial commendation and a front-end internship offer.

• Coordinated national and multinational esports events in Bangladesh, including projects with Grameenphone and Tencent, with a combined project value of approximately BDT 50,000,000.
• Managed league operations for 1,000+ registered teams (5,000–7,000 players), inside a 60+ member league operations team and a 90+ official crew.
• Handled client relations and coordination across organisers, sponsors and broadcast partners.

• Directed the Grameenphone Community Cup end to end on a BDT 600,000 budget, as sole director and coordinator of the operations and broadcasting teams.
• Delivered further event projects on time-critical schedules, resolving critical issues under pressure.

• Single-handedly executed a BDT 500,000 flood-relief budget during the COVID period — planning, procurement and field distribution.
• Contributed to budgeting, project planning and coordination across programmes totalling roughly BDT 4,000,000–5,000,000 during tenure.

Administered the official online communities of Arena of Valor Bangladesh (12,000+ members) and Honor of Kings Bangladesh (18,000+ members) across social and chat platforms, handling moderation, member support and engagement.
